I. Price of water, electricity and gas



The price of water in Brazil is determined according to the amount of water used. For example, the domestic water in Brasilia is 1.43 reais per cubic meter if it is within 10 cubic meters. 10-15 m3, R $2.66 / m3; 16-25 m3, R $3.99 / m3; Above 25 m3, R $5.47 / m3, for industrial and commercial use, r $3.63 / m3 for less than 10 m3; Above 10 m3, industrial r $5.46 / m3, commercial r $5.99 / m3.



The price of electricity in Brazil varies slightly from place to place. For example, the price of domestic electricity in Rio DE Janeiro is 0.40499 reais per kilowatt-hour and that of industrial electricity is 0.38796 reais per kilowatt-hour.



The price of gas in Rio DE Janeiro is 19.35R$within 7 cubic meters; 8-23 m3, R $3.63 / m3; 24-83 m3, R $4.43 / m3; Over 84 m3, R $4.68 / m3;

2. Labor supply and demand and wages



Brazil's Labour supply is generally ample, with a main shortage of highly skilled workers.



According to the survey conducted by the Brazilian Bureau of Geographic Statistics, the unemployment rate in Brazil has been increasing since the outbreak of the financial crisis. In March 2009, the unemployment rate of people with low education (less than 8 years) was 7.1%, that of people with medium education (8-10 years) was 11.3%, and that of people with higher education (more than 11 years) was 9.2%.



Brazil currently has a minimum salary of r $465 per month. Social security (INSS) is 20% of wages and age of Service (FGTS) is 8% of wages. The average wage in Brazil in March 2009 was r $1,321.40.



Iii. Demand for foreign labor services



Brazil is a large labor export country, only a small number of special types of professional and technical personnel have a certain demand, and in order to protect the rights and interests of domestic labor, Brazilian trade unions, the Ministry of Labor and immigration bureau on the import of foreign labor is very strict control.
