In South America, Uruguay is a major export destination for Brazilian pork, importing 40,500 tons of Brazilian pork in 2019, up 12.8 percent year on year. "Says Francisco Turra, ABPA President.

Chicken: Chinese imports hit 10-year high

The ABPA data also showed that Brazil exported 4.212,000 tons of chicken in 2019, up 2.8% from the previous year.
